Debra Woodworth: Experienced and Dedicated Realtor
Although some elements of real estate transactions are relatively simple, there are others that are complicated and daunting. My job is to help make the entire process worry-free and favorable for you.
Trust me to assist you in every aspect of buying or selling your home. My experience, professionalism, and genuine concern for clients have allowed me to become successful over the years.
Prior to starting my real estate career in 2007, I graduated with a master’s degree in education and taught at Mentor High School for seven years. I was motivated to become a Realtor when my husband and I purchased a home in Jefferson, OH back in 2005.
I worked with two different Realtors who belonged to separate brokerages during the house-hunting process. One of them was excellent, while the other did not meet my expectations. That experience was instrumental in shaping me into the Realtor I am today.
My Core Values
My strong personal beliefs have molded me into becoming an honest and perseverant Realtor who is committed to every client. I have a strong desire for knowledge, and I aim to keep on learning more about the real estate sector. To that end, I strive for daily improvement by remaining updated on the latest information about the housing market. My goal is to be the best possible Realtor I can be for my clients.
After obtaining my real estate license, I proceeded to earn a broker’s license and a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification. I also teach “Successfully Selling HUD Homes” classes for continuing education (CE) credit. In addition, I have been a proud recipient of the OAR Presidents Sales Club Award for the past six years.
My Approach to Real Estate
During my initial interaction with clients, I take the time to listen to their wants and needs. After that, I exert a lot of effort to give them options that fulfill their criteria and help make the whole experience free of any hassles. I work as efficiently as I can because I want to see you smiling when I hand you the keys to your new home.
