Debra Woodworth: Experienced and Dedicated Realtor

Although some elements of real estate transactions are relatively simple, there are others that are complicated and daunting. My job is to help make the entire process worry-free and favorable for you.

Trust me to assist you in every aspect of buying or selling your home. My experience, professionalism, and genuine concern for clients have allowed me to become successful over the years.

My Background

Prior to starting my real estate career in 2007, I graduated with a master’s degree in education and taught at Mentor High School for seven years. I was motivated to become a Realtor when my husband and I purchased a home in Jefferson, OH back in 2005.

I worked with two different Realtors who belonged to separate brokerages during the house-hunting process. One of them was excellent, while the other did not meet my expectations. That experience was instrumental in shaping me into the Realtor I am today.

My Core Values

My strong personal beliefs have molded me into becoming an honest and perseverant Realtor who is committed to every client. I have a strong desire for knowledge, and I aim to keep on learning more about the real estate sector. To that end, I strive for daily improvement by remaining updated on the latest information about the housing market. My goal is to be the best possible Realtor I can be for my clients.

After obtaining my real estate license, I proceeded to earn a broker’s license and a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification. I also teach “Successfully Selling HUD Homes” classes for continuing education (CE) credit. In addition, I have been a proud recipient of the OAR Presidents Sales Club Award for the past six years.

My Approach to Real Estate

During my initial interaction with clients, I take the time to listen to their wants and needs. After that, I exert a lot of effort to give them options that fulfill their criteria and help make the whole experience free of any hassles. I work as efficiently as I can because I want to see you smiling when I hand you the keys to your new home.

What My Clients Say

“As I transitioned in to a new life, I truly did not know what I want to do, only that I need to move one.   Debbie was so patient and gracious as I searched for my new place and selling of my home.  She found the perfect fit for me and the selling of my home.  I couldn’t be happier.  Once I decided what I wanted to do Debbie made it happen so quick, and I will always be so grateful.”

Linda Bauwin

“When we first decided to move our son, who would be starting kindergarten, out of Cleveland, we knew what our wants were.  We chose not to sell our home in downtown Cleveland which meant our budget for a new home would be smaller.  We aren’t strangers to fixing things up so that wasn’t a worry. However, based on what we could handle expense wise, the list of available homes wasn’t in the premium market. We let Debbie know what we could handle and things we had to have. We searched through many undesirable locations. I let Debbie take the lead. There were many flashlight walk throughs, former hoarder locations, possible critter nests stumbled upon. Debbie did not give up on us. There was potential in every place we saw. The potential all holds a price tag as well. My husband saw the purple house with Debbie first. He told me I should go see what I thought. Potential sure. A lot of work? Of course! Purple? Seriously? Who does that?!

Much smaller than what we were used to but, as a family of three we could make it work. Once bids were accepted, it was a bit of a hold our breath time. We couldn’t go much higher than what we offered, but we were hooked on it. Debbie worked tirelessly contacting title agencies that gave us the run around. In constant contact with us, we trusted Debbie completely. We were accepted and closed on our home just under a year ago. Our son school in a community that we love. He has a beautiful yard to play in. He is thriving in school and social groups in town. We are still working on getting the house the way we need it to be. We’ve stumbled on a lot of things that were surprises in wiring, holes in the walls, etc. We owe our new life to Debbie and her hard work and honesty. She told us the truth all the way through. She’s allowed us the opportunity to raise our son away from the city and the nonsense it can bring. The quiet, slowed down pace of our new home has brought us comfort and peace of mind.

There is absolutely no way we could have or would have found this place without Debbie. We love it here! Thank you so much!”
